POLISHING
Our LUSTRING AMS polishing machine has been designed and built to meet current finishing requirements and needs.
It takes the traditional methods of the drum while respecting the demand of modern industrialization.
Quality and speed are the strong points of this machine.
With 1500 rpm and a diameter of 320 mm, the LUSTRING AMS polishing cylinder is equipped with high quality and special felt discs designed for this finishing work.
A helical pitch, specially adapted to this machine, ensures the ventilation and discharge of the potential dust particles towards an extractor.
An electronic setting controlled by robot allows the increase or decrease of the pressure between the cylinders.
A hydraulic unit controls the closing of the LUSTRING AMS and the variable speed drive of the skin passages.
An exit conveyor with electronic variator allows the skins to be evacuated, either towards the front of the machine or towards the rear (continuous work)

DRYING TUNNEL
Width of 1400/1800/2400/3000 mm, our dry cell spray guns (alternative or rotary) are equipped with dry filters (cardboard with media and carbon filters) according to the use of products.
The cabins' aspirations are equipped with an energy saving system.
The bottom of the cabins is entirely made of stainless steel.
An electronic leather detection system that allows significant product savings manages from 2 to 8 guns, controls the spraying of each one to the squared centimeter and measures exactly the surface of the leathers.
The movement of the guns is designed by a very high tech guide with electronic variable speed, as well as the conveyor belt with nylon threads.
A wash tank with diving cylinders ensures the permanent cleanliness of the conveyor belt ropes.
Our 6-meters modular drying tunnels for energies of hot water, steam, infrared gas panels or direct gas air vein are equipped with odor and gas suction fans.

DRYER
Fan-assisted dryer with electronic temperature and humidity control or temperature only.

Our corker is a machine to soften the leather while giving a finely wrinkled appearance in order to increase flexibility and lift the grain by rolling it on itself.
